As we move closer to the public release of Windows 11 somewhere this fall, Microsoft is expanding the scope of testing to get more feedback. Up until today, Windows 11 was available only in the Dev channel of the Windows Insider program. Now, users can install the latest operating system from Microsoft using the Beta channel.
If your PC is enlisted in the Windows Insider program using the Beta channel, you can download Windows 11 build 22000.100, which Microsoft released for users in the Dev channel past week.

It is important to note that despite being available in the "more stable channel," Windows 11 22000.100 comes with some significant bugs. For example, biometric authentication fails for some, File Explorer crashes, the taskbar flashes, widgets appear empty, etc. You can learn more about all the changes and known bugs in Windows 11 22000.100 in a dedicated post.
Finally, Microsoft notes that the recently announced Microsoft Teams integration and the Chat app for Windows 11 are not currently available to Beta users. The company plans to release the feature for insiders in the Beta channel a little later. If you do not want, you can try to force-enable the Chat app in Windows 11 using a popular tool for tinkering with hidden features called ViveTool.
If 22000.100 is the first build of Windows 11 for you, be aware that the new OS brings many different features and changes. Alongside new and exciting capabilities, such as Snap Assist, UI changes, redesigned File Explorer, and improved widgets, Windows 11 removes some existing features. You can find the list of removed and deprecated features in Windows 11 HERE. Also, note that not all Windows 10 PCs are eligible to run Windows 11. Check out Windows 11 minimum hardware requirements before installing the new OS.
Now Dev builds this week
Finally, The Windows Insider team confirmed on Twitter that they won't release Windows 11 insider builds on the Dev channel this week. Most likely, this happens due to some critical bug found during internal testing. Insider builds must meet certain quality criteria. If builds are not stable enough, Microsoft cancels the release.
