Alongside build 22458 in the Dev channel, Microsoft released a new version of the Tips app. The update brings redesigned UI and more than a hundred tips and tricks to help you get acquainted with the latest operating system from Microsoft. After updating the app, you will find different categories with a brief explanation of each tip and an animation to show it in action.
Once Windows 11 is out on October 5, 2021, the Tips app will help new users learn about changes and new features in Windows 11. Microsoft says it will fine-tune and add new tips based on feedback from users and Windows insiders. Right now, you can thumbs-up or thumbs-down each tip in the app to help Microsoft prepare for the upcoming release.

The updated Tips app is not the only place where people can learn about new capabilities in Windows 11. According to a post on the official Windows Blog website, Microsoft will push tips and hints in other parts of the system, such as widgets, initial setup, and specific experiences within Windows 11.
As of now, the new Tips app is available to Windows Insiders in the Dev channel. The program supports 36 languages and will soon be available in the Beta and Release Preview channels. Note that you do not need to update to the latest build to get the new version of the Tips app. Some users have a hard time getting build 22458 due to enforcing the TPM requirements, but at least you can test updates for the stock Windows 11 apps.
You can read more about all the changes in Windows 11 build 22458 in a dedicated article. The update does not contain much, which is normal for an early development build. Microsoft says it will take some time before major new features show up in preview updates. In other words, you will not miss much after moving from the Dev channel for some time.
