Windows 11 Build 23575 is now available to insiders in the Dev channel. The release is notable for introducing groups in the Start menu for the Recommended section. Besides, there are plenty of various fixes.

Changes and improvements
- Microsoft is testing grouping recently installed apps into a separate folder under the Featured section of the Start menu. This change is currently not available to all Dev Channel Insiders.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where some games would not launch due to error code 0x1 in the previous two Dev Channel builds.
- Fixed an issue resulting in Copilot unexpectedly disappearing from the taskbar for some Dev Channel Insiders running the Home edition of Windows 11.
- Fixed an issue in Task Manager where drop-down lists in Settings would move up the screen when scrolling.
- Settings: Fixed an issue where the home page in Settings might prompt you to sign in to your Microsoft account, but you have been already singed in.
File Explorer
- Fixed an issue where hovering over the first image in the Gallery section would cause a tooltip to appear that could not be removed.
- Fixed an issue where closing the Explorer window could cause explorer.exe to crash.
- Improved context menu opening performance.
- Fixed an issue where reopening a drop-down menu in File Explorer would prevent you from scrolling through it using the touch screen.
Note. Some of the fixes listed above may be included in cumulative updates for release versions of Windows 11.
Known Issues
- When you first launch Copilot, when using Voice Access, you must use the Show grid command to then move to the Ask me anything field.
