Microsoft Lists is available for testing for consumers and small business users

Microsoft has started testing a simplified version of the Microsoft Lists service. It is now available for consumers and small businesses. Currently, only 200,000 users can register for Microsoft Lists - MSA Preview. Earlier  Microsoft Lists was only available to Microsoft 365 subscribers.

Microsoft first introduced Lists at Build 2020. Microsoft Lists uses SharePoint Lists, providing access to the information saved with the app via web, a mobile app, or from Microsoft Teams. Businesses can use it to track issues, manage inventory, create agendas, and more.

Microsoft Lists - MSA Preview includes all the features of Microsoft Lists. Additionally, it offers a number of new features, such as a tabbed interface, shared access to the Person field, image support in table cells, and more.

In this public testing, you can create up to 50 lists, each containing up to 2000 items. In addition, the lists can store files, videos and images up to 200 MB. Finally, Microsoft Lists - MSA Preview is not yet available on the Android and iOS mobile apps.
